Founded in 2007 in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, Cyber Intelligence Sdn. Bhd. is an award-winning MD Status cybersecurity company and a Licensed Cyber Security Service Provider under NACSA. We specialize in Cyber Security Awareness, Cyber Drills, and Simulation Programmes, and have served more than 300 clients while training over 30,000 employees across Malaysia and internationally.
Recognized as the Malaysia Cyber Security Education and Training Provider of the Year (2015) by CyberSecurity Malaysia, Cyber Intelligence is the first and leading provider of Cyber Range in Malaysia. We deliver realistic, hands-on cyber simulation and drill programmes for financial institutions, academia, government, and industry. Through strategic partnerships with Cyber Ranges and KnowBe4, we bring world-class simulation platforms and security awareness training to Malaysia and the wider region.
What we do
We established our first Cyber Range in 2016 with CyberSecurity Malaysia and IIUM, launching the Certified Cyber Defense Associate (CCDA) programme, and led the National Flagship Research Project on Human Impact Management for Information Security with MOSTI. In 2018, we expanded with an advanced Cyber Range at Asia Pacific University, in partnership with Cyber Ranges. In 2022, we further strengthened national resilience by conducting the first financial sector cyber drill in Malaysia, setting a benchmark for industry-wide preparedness. Since 2019, we have also been a CyberSecurity Malaysia Collaboration Program (CCP) Partner and the exclusive partner for the CISAM course.
Our innovations include PhishlaOne, Malaysia’s first locally developed phishing simulation solution, which strengthens employee resilience against social engineering threats.

Raj Kumar Kunhiraman , Director & CEO
Raj Kumar Kunhiraman is a cybersecurity expert with 28+ years in IT training, education, and consulting. Holding a Master’s in E-Commerce and certifications like ISO27001 LA, ABCP, and CISAM, he is an ITU Cybersecurity Expert and recipient of the (ISC)² ISLA Honoree (2011) & CyberSafe Professional of the Year (2018) awards.
Raj pioneered Malaysia’s first Cyber Range (2016) and a second at Asia Pacific University (2018) for academia. He played a key role in Malaysia’s CyberSAFE.my Awareness Programme and ITU capacity-building projects. As a Global ACE Trainer, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, and HRDCorp Trainer, he delivers top-tier cybersecurity training worldwide.

Fazli Hazami is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business management. Since 1997, he has excelled in operations, market expansion, and long-term growth, emphasizing efficiency, team development, and client relations.
